7th August..

Its 7th August 2009. My late grandpa's birthday. :'( Went to visit his and late grandma's graves petang tadi. Miss you both so so much.

Oh yeah. One more thing. Ive been working out so much today. Went to the gym, then danced like mad on the dance mat at home, then joined the aerobics session at the State Library. All in one day. To be exact, in 5hours. 5 HOURS of non-stop exercise.

And, I shed nearly 2kgs! Yayy~

Tonight's dinner: Seafood tomyam only rah Kubah Ria tadi. Sayur jak lebeh dr seafood. Haha. Trying to eat less fattening stuff (rice,oily food,etc). I want to try not to take rice at all lah. Maybe in a week or two kelak baruk start. Usay2 nak. Kata orang, sik boleh mengejut glak. So I'll stick to their advice haha :)

Like I said, I think that I'm starting to enjoy my exercise regime very2 much. Kinda addicted to shedding kilograms! Hahaha.

Ke arah kehidupan yang lebih sihat. Who wants to join me? :) And I want to start sleeping early. Then can wake up early kan. ;) Thanks for the support people! Hehe. Chaiyo2!!!!
